the transgender symbol, but the crossed arrow coming from the top left has been replaced with the human figure from the disabled symbol, so the circle is pulling double duty as both the wheel and the circle from the trans symbol. to be clear the human figure is rotated round from their normal position on the right so it looks like they've fallen over and honestly that's not *more* cursed than having them vertical but facing to the left because it turns out the disabled symbol doesn't look much like anything and we mostly only recognise it from repeated exposure to it
