    Am I glad that they brought back the option to enable the menu bar background? Hell yes. Is it annoying that they keep hiding UI only to bring it back via an option in System Settings? Also yes.

    It just pollutes System Settings with silly options that no one even asked for. Every pane is already an Excel Spreadsheet of endless options.
