    Don't forget: Trump could have started taxing remittances via a Treasury-regulation with existing law starting "On Day One" in his first term / 2017 (as promised).

    If anything, a new law on this would limit his ability to do what he always could have - but never did, because he didn't want to discourage the 3rd World Nation-Wrecking Invaders from staying and "working cheeep" - Replacing Americans, so he wouldn't have to "waste his money" supporting American families with 1st World wages.
