Then you say, "badge number and serial number" because they are playing dumb. Start dialing emergency services. If they refuse two times you call 911 and say, "there is a man here impersonating a cop and he has a gun." Someone was assassinated by a fake cop. Time for ICE to stop hiding behind the masks. We need to learn who they are.
