    ❗️🇷🇺 Russia hit Kremenchuk with cluster munitions, aiming to cause maximum civilian harm. Strikes targeted energy facilities. Some submunitions, shaped like toys, pose a serious risk to children. Fragments with metal balls up to 10 cm wide were also found at the scene.
