   @Humpleupagus @picofarad Yes, an easily foreseeable consequence of bullshit war after bullshit war. This was true in 2001 as well, hence 9/11.

   Getting American's support for another war now, having had the Internet all throughout the last debacle(s) is quite a tall order.

   There is a good argument to be made that THAT was a secondary, if not primary objective to it all, but it's debatable.

   It has undoubtedly relegated what 60+ years ago would have been overt action to covert action.
