Astrologers by Paul Rumsey. The man in the star mask stares into the eyes of the man in the moon mask in a way that strikes me as kinda menacing. Also the lighting is dim and bit like a spotlight, they're both sitting at a table, and their faces and hands are pretty damn close together.
