   @professionalbigot69 It'd be one thing if these were just stops along the interstate, but it never evolves past this. The towns just grow outward until you have parking lot fast food for miles with labyrinthine suburbia sprawled between it. Don't gaslight me, I've seen how places could look even with major long distance travel support infrastructure. Whatever "soul" we have in the nation only is visible in the pockets of old town or the untouched wilderness.
