Could we have an option to _not_ highlight bottom tags? The behaviour seems very inconsistent at the moment and is quite distracting.
Appreciate there's probably a nice #accessibility enhancement having bigger hit boxes for these, but not everyone leaves a clear line between their toot and the bottom hashtags, or start a list and then leave an extra line between them...
