   Fois gras is like "meat butter", its great in small amounts.
   
   Yeah, raw milk soft cheese (not aged much).
   
   Got 6 of picrel in my fridge now, picked it up at the store today. Here you have to order ahead, in Normandy its just on the shelf at the supermarket.
