was troubleshooting over the phone and the tech on the other end at one point followed up an instruction with "good boy!! yes you are!!" and i hit the full silent "???????" for a complete comedy beat before the tech explained he was walking his new puppy. i dont think i have a script to navigate that otherwise so im glad
