   My cat sleeps next to me every night
   
   Every night Cornbread sits on my chest and makes biscuits in my stomach while I pet him until he goes over and gets in his chair.
   
   Every morning when I wake up he's asleep right next to me in his chair. When me being awake wakes him up he likes to start the day the same way he ends it; by getting pets while he sits on my chest and making biscuits in my stomach.
   
   He loves spending time with me. One of his favorite things to do is to go out about an hour before the sun comes up and I just follow him around as he makes his rounds sniffing around and spraying stuff. It combines two of his favorite things: roaming around in the dark and being with me. Plus he feels safer with me there.
   
   He'll tell me to come out and sit on my porch so he doesn't have to be outside alone.
   
   He still comes running down the stairs to greet me when I get home from work each day. He even knows when it's time for me to go to work and will come inside about 30 minutes before I have to leave so I don't have to go chasing him down.
   
   He is my favorite cat
