   Natoma Street this afternoon during the Stripe conference at nearby Moscone Center: Waymo cars backed up all the way from Fourth to the midblock park by the Tempest bar, and a couple more Waymos were waiting around the corner to turn.

   In general the Waymos were empty. Two guys holding up phone cameras, as amazed as I was, got into one of the cars.
