   Per the NYT & Center for American Progress, #Trump’s #budget would cut nondefense programs to their LOWEST LEVEL IN THE MODERN ERA (these records only go back to the 1960s). This category of spending includes everything #Congress must authorize each year, but does not include “mandatory spending” on benefits like Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid.
