an IDC connector, pretty standard 0.1", but the male pins sticking out of the bottom are staggered and each one is split into two separate halves, one straight and the other a hook shape. presumably the tip of the hook guides it into the PCB pad and provides some spring compression to maintain good contact. there are also two plastic alignment pegs.
