   The tl;dr of the power outage thing:

   - It started in Spain
   - Portugal and France partially impacted, they're bordering countries with interconnects

   Power outage at 11:32am in Spain, marked in red - the frequency fell, likely things shut down to protect themselves, will need safe restarts, takes a few hours.

   Not a doomsday thing, in basically all cases like this it's a squirrel or some such.
