   The Dutch supermarket chain Jumbo has introduced approx 200 special checkout lanes called "chat checkouts," across its stores in the Netherlands. Designed for customers, particularly elderly, who appreciate a slower-paced checkout that allows time for friendly conversation with cashiers.
   The initiative aims to combat loneliness among seniors & foster social interaction within the community. ->
