   The so-called Russian 'opposition', represented by Vladimir Kara-Murza, travels around Europe spreading Kremlin narratives about how Russian soldiers find it hard to kill Ukrainians because they feel they are 'brotherly nations'. Meanwhile Russian soldiers fire two ballistic missiles armed with cluster bomb warheads at Ukrainian civilians on their way to church in the town of Sumy on Palm Sunday, killing at least 34 civilians and injuring more than 100.
