   authoritarian governments create unconstitutional laws with a limited scope and if these don't get backlash, they will expand them.

   if you're living in the usa and you criticize israel, you will get punished for it.
   - bank account termination or freezing of funds
   - blacklists causing loss of deals
   - social media bans
   - lawfare
   - character assassination, slander, defamation
