@ic3l9 >i'll stop using compound curves in CAD for political reasons and make everything from linear extrusions of straights and circular arcs? not feasible tbh
This has no relevance at all.
It isn't a point even, as there are a few free software CADs that can do compound curves.
Since you seem to have trouble understanding, I'll simplify it:
>Oh boy, there's a convenient feature in this piece of proprietary software now available! It's even available gratis to sweeten the deal!
The options;
- Be a proprietary cuck - "It's okay, it's not like I needed freedom anyway" <-- You are here.
- Don't to run the software - "That feature is convenient, but I value my freedom more, I'll find out how to complete such task another way".
- Add a similar feature to similar free software - "I'll help my neighbor by implementing this".
- Pay someone to add a similar feature to similar free software - "It cost me some money, but I got the feature I wanted and I helped by neighbour".
All these options and you always choose to be a cuck.
