    クラス教えて遅い昼ごはん…というかスパークリング酒のお供というか…。
    鴨の生春巻き北京ダック風。鴨を焼いてきゅうりとネギの細切りと一緒にタレ（甜麺醤、蜂蜜、醤油、少し豆板醤）で生春巻き。スパークリング酒はスパークリングワインより酔いが回る（当たり前か？アルコール度数）
