Thirdly, C/F(MHz)/ 2 or 4 is an honest beginner mistake. You need to apply velocity factor as well.
The velocity factor of bare copper wire is 0.95. So you take that wavelength calculation and multiply it by 0.95.
It looks like you have insulated wire there. A safe velocity factor to assume of most typical insulation is 0.95. So you take the number you just calculated and multiply again by 0.95.
You will now have a length that will be close enough to begin tuning the antenna.
