The Matrix client "Cinny" throwing an error when a Recovery Key was provided: "getSecretStorageKey callback returned falsey". The function "getSecretStorageKey" is part of the official Matrix javascript SDK.

    Uuuh, apparently an underlying problem with matrix-js-sdk that breaks even third-party clients? Nothing works, such a classic. :D

    Guess I'm locked out of my private DMs again! Such trustworthy software, very Discord-alternative, much wow.
