16 participants who are delegates from 5 locals, 3 non-locals and 2 observers have run the Perhimpunan Merdeka pre-congress. This is a big stepping stone where the most determined anti-authoritarians in Indonesia for mass organizing gather themselves in a specific anarchist organization. In this pre-congress meeting we have analyzed which are the most potential sectors in society and the organizational structure that best suits the needs of strategy-tactics but at the same time must be based on libertarian principles.
