On a blue background, in white letters, it reads: " RACISM IS, WHEN WHITE ZEBRAS WITH BLACK STRIPES HATE BLACK ZEBRAS WITH WHITE STRIPES" Background: The Dortmund-based scaffolding company "Bönninger" has been fighting racism for 25 years – including with giant banners on its own scaffolding. Bönninger employs 200 people from a wide variety of backgrounds. The company was awarded the Intercultural Business Prize for promoting diversity. To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination yesterday, Bönninger displayed a banner in Lünen, where a new meeting place for tolerance and solidarity is being created.
