"Reality" shows a privileged person on a stack of boxes, a less privileged person on one box, and a disadvantaged person in a hole. "Equality" shows everyone on one box each, but they are different heights so the disadvantaged person can't see. "Equity" shows them each standing on enough boxes so they can all see over the fence. "Justice" has the fence removed.

@ProjectFearlessness @rkd993 Neutrality isn't enough in an unjust world, unfortunately. When some people are overly privileged and others disadvantaged, a neutral platform favours the privileged. To create a diverse community you have to provide extra support for the most disadvantaged, and encourage the privileged to take a back seat.
