   Sometimes, I just have to rest or do (draw) something that makes me happy and be satisfied with that.

   I say this because many of you are probably struggling with the same kind of thing and you need to know that sometimes optimal performance depends on self care.

   A broken spirit cannot endure a long fight. So, treat yourself as you would a valued comrade and take care of yourself just as you would them.
