   My lab results from my blood tests last week showed up in my online chart, I'll need to change my banner now. I'm going to chalk it up to exercise and my militant avoidance of soy, seed oils, corn, & goyslop.
   
   I have to wonder, after switching to keto or carnivore (I switched in 2015) has anyone else had their Testosterone levels increase?
