Stupid, unqualified and obnoxious!
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem visited the Vermont/Quebec library that sits on the Canada-US border. She thought it was funny to repeatedly step over the taped boundary marker in the middle of the library, referring to Canada as the "51st State" every time she stood on Canadian soil.
