Anti-vaxxers will no doubt dismiss the data that shows 150mn lives have been saved by childhood vaccinations in the last 50 years... a scepticism based on a small number of cases of side effects.
No-one denies vaccination can have side effects but like all public health work, the greater good is served by their use - we need to remember this as the idiots who deny the worth of vaccines gain political traction!
