Great moment to get in house if not eaten directly. 3. Yellow. For me this is perfect. Not too sweet nor too soft 4. Yellow with starting signs of brown specks. Doable but already bordering too sweet 5. Quite a lot of brown spots. This stage I don’t like. Too sweet and soft, but not soft enough to use in baking 6. Almost brown all over. They are.
