Two loves of multigrain bread that I just baked are cooking on a wire rack on my stove. You can see a gold-colored loaf pan nearby. The color of the loaves is good - golden brown, not too dark. And I got a decent rise out of it, which is the hard part. I'm rusty at this, so I am relieved.
