A heart locket (one half of it) in silver that I'm making...I just heated it so the heart has retained quite a bit of heat and looking almost scarlet (still contained in silver).

    I love #metalsmith process!!! Here I was heating up one half of my heart locket to fix some botched drilling (don't ask me...) and the silver heart is embracing the heat and running scarlet.

    I love how different metals transform in a split second.

    So glad I started this learning process.
