    《港區國安法》在2020年生效後，多個民主派政團已先後解散，包括新民主同盟及公民黨，目前僅存的只有民協及社民連。近年多個公民團體亦接連解散，去年有統計指已有逾90個機構或組織解散，今年年初，香港民研被警方國安處調查後，亦稱將轉型或結業。
