Star Trek Deep Space Nine scene. We're at a DS9 fancy party of some sort with lots of folks milling about and having drinks and hors d'oeuvres served amongst flowers and decorations. We see Starfleet in dress uniforms and some Romulan folk with pointy ears and eyebrow loaf among the distinguished guests.
