Director of Services Do you know any trans, non-binary and gender questioning people who might fit the bill for this position? It's a new role that will be in the Senior Leadership Team and we are really keen to attract some wonderful talent from across our diverse trans communities. This Director level role has overall responsibility for operationalising the organisation's strategic plan for our front-line services. They will report to the CEO and oversee the portfolios of the Heads of Services (HoS) in our three delivery departments: Public Engagement, Youth and Communities Services and Professional Educational Services.
