   Smell of blood. death, overwhelming number of the injured and sick, IOF started targeting hospitals, Doctors, nurses and medical workers are attacked, injured, killed and/or detained.

   No water, poor sewage system, anyone can move was target, 15,000 displaced people at Al Shifa hospital - huge burden at the hospital workers, tight supplies and resources from generators, water, even now, parts to fix generators are not available.
