   The nurse involved in the NHS Fife employment tribunal was told to get changed elsewhere if she didn't want to encounter a trans doctor in the female changing room. Sandie Peggie was also asked to work in different wards at the hospital and change her shifts so she didn't make Dr Beth Upton feel uncomfortable.

   Her line manager Esther Davidson gave evidence on Thursday, the ninth day of the tribunal, and was asked about the role she played in the incident which led to Ms Peggie being suspended from work. The nurse and Dr Upton had a confrontation on Christmas Eve 2023 which led to the suspension.
