    お昼は豚ヒレと家庭菜園をする方からいただいた蕪の塩焼きにレトルトお赤飯。何か物足りない？と思っていたら赤飯のごま塩でした。すりごまと粗塩をかけるだけですが、うん、美味しい。
    黒ゴマが一般的ですが、白ゴマのほうが香りのあたりがやわらかくて好きです。
    のこりの蕪の実（？）と葉は塩揉みにして漬物にしました。
    夕食の予定：蕪丸ごと漬物とさんまの炊き込みご飯
