MGRoid sings the first line of the song "Do You Hear the People Sing?" in French, "À la volonté du peuple" MGRoid is an unofficial UTAU voicebank and character sampled from the fandom voice actress Meguru (MGR), who played the character Marisa in a Touhou fan video. Note that due to its association with the Cookie☆ subculture, all appearance of Touhou drawings should be considered as avatars of different characters in a separate universe, not Touhou. Thus, the "Marisa" drawing that should be considered as the avatar of voice actress Meguru (MGR) herself rather than the Touhou character Marisa.

You know you have been browsing the Web for too long and terminally online when you were looking for a meme (Touhou) within a meme (Cookie☆) within a meme (MGRoid/Meguru), and inside it you suddenly stamped upon a song about the French revolution. Tuning a Japanese voicebank to sing in foreign languages counts as a meme in itself, not to mention that reposting a repeatedly banned song as a meme is a meme as well. So there's 5 layers of memes here. Just hilarious. :blobcatlul:
