   out from behind your tongues, lying
   piecing out others lives, prying
   dropping your gums to puddled, frying
   memories of your mother crying
   
   everything torn out of its socket
   swung around, playing superman
   distraction from empty pockets
   
   pains you to realize, human eyes
   scanning collapsing, derealize
   all that you see, so sterilized
   and your soul, it becomes dehumanized
   
   another dead gold fish
   inept, head injury
   another stolen twenty
   no witness, hung jury
   
   loveless hand, draped over bare flesh
