   "There are four sections of the Atlantic Ocean leased for offshore wind development off the #NorthCarolina coast, including two off of Kitty Hawk and two off of Brunswick County. With the Trump executive order, all four projects are seemingly paused, with would-be developers holding leases but unable to obtain the required permits until either the administration shifts its policy or there is a change in the White House."
