Hey all, Nicola from the React Native team here. We got several reports that several Android builds are failing with zip END header not found. The issue seems to be related to a blocked resource from the Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (source). This is causing builds depending on Kotlin 1.9.24 to fail. The affected React Native versions are 0.75.x and 0.76.x

React builds were failing in India only because the government blocked a website so it would make gradle fail to build. I often think about this, frameworks can be nice but as they have freedom to pull other packages when needed it can break for any sort of unrelated reasons
