    牡蠣は我が福養軒の「牡蠣の黒豆煮」が一番です。
    ずっとメニューで”黒豆煮”としてましたので、わたしもそのままにしていましたが、実は牡蠣をフライにして、黒豆ソースをかけている料理なので実態としては”黒豆煮”ではないのです。
