   Alors que l'UNRWA est sur le point d'être banni des territoires palestiniens, Francesca Albanese, rapporteur spécial des Nations unies sur les droits de l'homme dans les territoires palestiniens, a condamné l'absence de responsabilité : "Si Israël peut bannir un organe subsidiaire de l'Assemblée générale des Nations unies du territoire qu'il occupe illégalement, sans en subir les conséquences, cela signifie que rien de ce qui vient des Nations unies ne le retiendra jamais", a déclaré Francesca Albanese.

   Réaffirmant les droits des Palestiniens, elle a déclaré : "Il est temps d'asseoir Israël sur le siège de l'ONU", ajoutant : "Attention : le droit au retour des Palestiniens, en tant que survivants de la Nakba, restera intact, quels que soient les efforts déployés par Israël pour l'enterrer".

   With UNRWA facing an imminent ban from Palestinian territories, UN Special Rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, condemned the lack of accountability.

   "If Israel can ban a UNGA subsidiary body from the territory it unlawfully occupies, without facing consequences, it means nothing coming from the UN will ever hold it back," stated Albanese.

   Reaffirming Palestinian rights, she declared, "It is time to UNseat Israel," adding, "Spoiler: the right of return of Palestinians, as Nakba survivors, will remain intact, no matter how hard Israel tries to bury it."
