Troi is behind him, hands on his shoulders, with her face in close to his neck, like she's giving him a lil' kissy-wissy. But see, what's funny is that Worf here looks kind of horrified or shocked by all this and so at a glance you might think she's biting him like a vampire. Ok end scene.
