   I refreshed on this story for a little bit and it's a mess.
   
   Latest article I could find from 2023 cited his body still had not been released by Spanish authorities for a proper autopsy after he perished in his jail cell while awaiting extradition in Barcelona.
   
   What I do know - he had money and was living the libertarian tech bro life as a maximalist. He was a literal Far Cry character irl, so there are of course legends.
   
   btw, the only way to shake the IRS is to die.
   Could he have paid off Spanish cops to smuggle him out of the country? Possibly.
   Could the glowies have gotten him while he was in his cell? Also possible.
   
   Whatever the case. If he's in hiding, he should remain in hiding. Which is pretty much dead to the world anyway.
