One year into the council's three-year trial of a deposit system with reusable cups for takeaway coffee:
750,000 cups returned so far.
Nine out of 10 people know the system exists.
39% of Aarhusianers have used Reusable at least once.
84% of users were 'happy' or 'very happy' with it.

I've tried it. Anecdotally, I think the ease-of-use is crucial. No apps, no registering, no signing in. It's actually user-friendly.
