From October 2019, a change in the law requires all international driver licence holders (irrespective of the type of visa held) and interstate driver licence holders to obtain a Victorian driver licence within 6 months of residing in Victoria. Our records indicate that you have held an active account on Uber Eats platform in Victoria, since 9 July 2072 and currently have an International / Interstate licence uploaded to your account. Based on the information available to us we have reason to believe that you are currently in breach of these regulations and as such have had access to your account restricted. In order to have your access restored you will be required to upload a valid Victorian licence to your Uber Eats account.
