I'm cautiously pleased to hear Bookshop.org will start offering ebook sales. No word yet on royalty rates or terms, but rumor is they'll have their own app, AND they'll also allow downloads of DRM-free titles, but we'll see.

I will not be surprised if Apple and Google earn more from eBook purchase than the local bookshops do.
